During the 9:30 service hour every Sunday, faithful teachers share a Bible lesson during circle time, complete an activity or craft, pray together, work on scripture memorization, and have a snack. Children go home with the materials they completed in class as well as a placemat to share as a family. The placemat includes 5 daily devotions for your family plus information about what your child learned in class.
Worship Care is provided by servants that rotate weekly during the 8:15 and 10:45 service times. Worship Care, our extended teaching time on Sunday mornings, provides another opportunity to teach God’s Word and model it before young children. Worship caregivers use the materials available or those left by the Bible study teachers to continue or complete simple activities and projects that will support the lesson which has been taught in the Bible study hour. Play is another important part of development. It gives the children an opportunity to apply the Bible knowledge that they are learning. During worship care times, play is encouraged.
We also have an exciting 4K/5K Worship Service for our children called CrossKids Cove. Just as adults worship through five different elements, so do we: music, prayer, scripture, offering, and Bible lesson (puppets, skits, book, video, and sermons.) CrossKids Cove takes place during the 10:45 worship hour every Sunday.
